Flexible heating elements
Flexible heating elements is an area with many solutions. They are all bendable and shapeable to match the contours of the application. Whether to choose heating cables, heating hoses or heating mats entirely depends on your application. There are many possibilities – also for custom made solutions. So we can surely find a solution that fits you.

The spiral heaters are designed to fit a variety of flexible or rigid small diameter pipes for which other products may not always be suitable. These heaters are suitable for use in many applications, including; liquid or gas delivery, semiconductor processes, frost protection, condensation maintenance and heat loss.
The spiral heaters can be used for pipe heating, which requires a surface heating up to 200 ° C.

The insulation foam is available in 3, 5, 8 &12 mm thick foam, with 3 different color options: red, gray / white. The insulation foam provides a highly effective barrier that helps reduce heat loss in many applications. When using the insulation foam for a heater negates the requirement to add separate insulation cladding, and which in house tests has shown a significant energy saving by an average of 63%.
