Hibc/A heating mat is designed to heat products stored in 1000 litre Bag-in-Box bulk containers. This comes with a digital temperature controller that provides simple and accurate temperature control.

Our HISD program consists of simple and efficient heating mats for use on all kinds of plastic and steel drums. The mats are made from lightweight and very robust materials with adjustable click buckles that makes easy to mount the heating mats.

HSHP mates are the lightest on the market and the give you lots of advantages. The mats are designed in Teflon material and can handle temperatures up to 260°C. They are very robust, hygienic and cleaning friendly and approved for the food industry in EU and USA.

Our HBD drum heater is special made for melting or reducing the viscosity of soaps, fats, wax, vaseline, lacquer and oil-based products. The 550mm diameter of the bottom makes it possible to use it for all drum sizes up to 205L.

HIJD insulation jacket is used for keeping drums both warm and cool. The insulation jackets are very easy to mount and is often used together with our drum heaters for bottom heating. The jackets are water resistant.

Insulation top is used on plastic and metal drums up to 220L. By mounting an insulation top you will get a better heat efficiency and the heat time will be improved by up to 42%. You will also see a decrease in heat loss and the greatest heat loss is in the top of the drum.
