Newtronic acquires TRANEX A/S

Horsens, [August 19, 2024] - Newtronic is proud to announce the acquisition of TRANEX A/S.

Søren Larsen, founder of TRANEX A/S, states: "You can stop the clock, but not time—and I must acknowledge that, according to my birth certificate, I will turn 67 in the coming year. It's time to think about the future, and I am confident that this transfer will ensure the continued success of Tranex. I will remain as a product specialist to ensure a smooth transition."

TRANEX A/S is a specialized supplier of complete heat tracing systems for the industry in both Denmark and Sweden. We distribute and sell Thermon’s comprehensive range of heating cables and process heating solutions.

We have extensive experience in assisting our customers with designing and delivering heating cable solutions for their projects in both industrial and ATEX facilities.

Based on our long experience and in-depth product knowledge, we can offer consulting and detailed engineering for both small and large projects. We design your heat tracing tasks and deliver a complete package.
