Cold Jet develops and manufactures dry ice blasting systems for cleaning, surface treatment, and finishing of parts.
Their equipment is installed worldwide, so it is important that the quality is top-notch.
The company was previously called IceTech, but in 2016 it was acquired by the American company Cold Jet. The new owners have consistently wanted to continue the company’s healthy development, and with new colleagues on the other side of the Atlantic, things have accelerated even further in Bramming.
With a busy production, it is important that the equipment is in order. Part of that equipment is cartridge heaters.
You might not immediately associate dry ice with cartridge heaters, but they are an important part of the machinery—and this is where Newtronic comes into the picture.
A custom-designed solution
Newtronic supplies cartridge heaters for Cold Jet’s production, helping to ensure smooth production and durable machines.
Cold Jet’s previous challenges with moisture in the cartridge heaters were solved with Newtronic’s waterproof sealing.
It is important that the machines do not require too much maintenance, because part of Cold Jet’s service is sending technicians out to every corner of the world to repair and maintain the machines.
We have had a good dialogue with Newtronic. They see our challenges as their challenges, and they are quick to get them resolved.
It certainly does not look as though Cold Jet’s development will do anything but continue upward in the coming years.
At Newtronic, we look forward to being part of that journey.
